• Analysis of the concrete situation and the possibility of challenging and canceling traffic or road fines, namely: Fines, loss of points and disqualifications from driving for violations of the Highway Code.
• We present your written defense to the National Road Safety Authority (ANSR).
• In the judicial phase, in a first instance, we deal with the filing of the judicial appeal to contest the ANSR's final decision with the territorially competent court.
